On November 19th, the Explosion had a rematch with the only team to beat them the entire season, the Upper Moreland Highlighters, for a winner-take-all, no holds-barred grudge match.  Both teams played tough and battled fiercely, and despite an AWESOME sliding goal by Erin Hooper, the Explosion were edged out by the Highlighters and lost only their 2nd game of the season.  The Palisades Explosion finished a very close second in their division for the season with an impressive 7-2-1 record, the same record and points as the division winners!  The Explosion had 23 goals for and only 11 goals against this season, with 8 different girls scoring a goal, and 6 different girls taking a turn in goal, that’s AWESOME teamwork!!  A big thanks to  Kylie, Emily, Lauren, Erin, Skye, Kennedy, Micaela, Katelyn, Ena, Livi, Renee, Trysta, Katey, and Lexis and their dedicated parents! What a great season that saw much growth and improvement, coming up….indoor!
