T-Shirt Registration Forms

Below are the dates for summer t-shirt soccer registration.  This year, to make things easier, we are holding a registration session at each school, and we've tried to align with already existing events where possible.  Mail in registration is also an option.  The form is attached below.
  • March 22nd Tinicum 3:30-6:30
  • March 23rd PHS Lobby (Tinicum Talent Show)
  • March 28th PALMS Lobby (Elementary Band Rehearsal)
  • March 29th Springfield 3:30-6:30
  • March 30th DN (Bingo Night)
We are looking for two volunteers to help out each night.  We are also still looking for volunteers to help with other preseason tasks.  If you are available, please email intramural@pysanet.com.

The registration deadline is April 15th.  HOWEVER, all registrations received by April 2nd will be entered into a drawing for a $50 Giant Gift Card!

Registration is open to players 4 years old (as of 3/31/12) through current 8th graders.

If your kids are too old to play, we'd love to have them volunteer.  They can signup at registration or drop me an to intramural@pysanet.com.

T-Shirt Registration

T-Shirt registration will take place on March 1st, 2nd, 14 and 15 from 6-8PM. Registration will take place in the Palisades High School Cafeteria.  

The program is open to players 4 years old (as of 3/31/11) through HS Seniors.  This year we will also offer an Adult League which will play once per week.

Registration fees are:  $50.00 first child, $30.00 first sibling, $20.00 each additional sibling.  In addition, a $30.00 volunteer fee is required per family.  The $30.00 volunteer fee is waived for Sponsors.

Registration for the Adult League is $25.00 and no volunteer fee is required.

Registration forms will be posted shortly for those who would like to take advantage of mail-in registration.
